That's where we come in. We're your boots on the ground. We tour apartments for you, shoot video, FaceTime you from inside each unit, and walk the block so you know the neighborhood before you commit.

We work with firms across New York City to relocate their people, from new hires and transferring employees to executives moving on short notice.

We understand corporate timelines and requirements. We line up furnished and unfurnished options, coordinate with HR and relocation managers, handle the application and paperwork, and keep everyone updated along the way.

Your employee gets a home they're happy with, and your team gets one reliable point of contact in the city.

Roommates

Roommate searches are our specialty. Four-bedrooms, three-bedrooms, flexes: we do it all. We take the time to understand what each person needs, not just the group as a whole.

New York layouts are rarely simple. Bedrooms come in odd sizes, one room is always the smallest, and sometimes the only bathroom is through someone's door. We know how to spot a layout that will work for your group and one that won't.

From day one, we open a group chat with you and all your roommates, so everyone hears the same thing at the same time, and we stay in constant contact until the lease is signed.

Parents

Sending your child off to the big city is a big step, and finding them the right apartment can be stressful, especially from afar.

We take everything into consideration: safety, the commute to school, how close the subway is, and neighborhoods where it's easy to meet people and make friends. We include both you and your child in every step, so nothing gets decided without either of you.

Homes matched to your budget, neighborhood, and must-haves, so you only tour the ones worth seeing. Many of our clients are groups. We work hard to understand the needs of each roommate and make sure everyone is happy before a lease is signed.

Showings on your schedule

We book viewings around your calendar, including evenings and weekends. If you cannot attend, we will. We shoot video, FaceTime you from the apartment, and walk the neighborhood to make sure it's safe and clean.

Application help

Speed matters: good apartments often get 10 or more applications. We do everything in our power, and lean on our relationships with landlords, to get your application to the top of the pile. We help you pull together income documents, references, and guarantor paperwork.

Lease review

We go through the lease with you in plain language before you sign. Our co-founder David Snyder is a lawyer by training, so every lease gets a careful read of the fine print.
